This web site is for our beloved cat, Arianna
She was a good cat and she will never be forgotten.
We found her at the Dekalb Humane Society
in 2001 with her little brother Orestes who
died after a few months of feline leukemia.
On Feb 26, 2009, she was trailing Doug and
the dog Julius as she often did. While waiting
to cross the busy street in front of our house,
Ponce de Leon Ave, in Atlanta, she ran from behind
shooting across the street and was hit by a car
We buried her in the yard and Dylan read something
he had written for her previously called
"Arianna is the best cat in the world!"
We miss her. She was the best cat in the world!
Our Cat
Arianna used to hunt for chipmunks in the back yard
but we tried to keep her from doing that. She often
slept with Dylan and would meow outside his door
so he would let her in. Dylan described her as
having a perfect meow. He liked to scratch behind
the ears. We will miss her!
